Native bacteriophage Lambda PL promoter, OL operators and 5' UTR
The native bacteriophage Lambda PL promoter, OL operators (OL1, OL2 and OL3) and 5' UTR (with RNase III sensitive hairpin-loop and NutL site). The PL promoter can be regulated by the CI and the CRO protein originating from bacteriophage lambda.
